By accessing or using PlacementWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PlacementWatch provides a wellbeing tracking, incident reporting, and case management platform for exchange program agencies and their participants. The service is not a substitute for emergency services, professional counseling, legal advice, or crisis intervention.
Participant and host family accounts may only be created by authorized agency administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify your agency immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Agencies using PlacementWatch are responsible for: maintaining accurate participant records; responding to high-risk alerts in a timely manner; using the platform in accordance with applicable laws including data protection regulations; providing appropriate support to participants.
You may not use PlacementWatch for any unlawful purpose; to submit false or misleading information; to harass, threaten, or harm others; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Use of PlacementWatch is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.
PlacementWatch is an administrative tool. It is not a crisis line, emergency service, or real-time intervention system. Users in immediate danger should contact emergency services. High-risk alerts are reviewed by agency staff during business hours and are subject to response time limitations.
PlacementWatch is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
