Common Questions

I can't log in to my account

Try using the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If you were invited by your agency, ensure you used the invitation link to set your password. Contact your agency administrator if the issue persists.

I didn't receive my invitation email

Check your spam folder. The email comes from noreply@placementwatch.com. If it's not there, ask your agency administrator to resend the invitation.

I want to report an emergency

PlacementWatch is not an emergency response service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU).

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and submit a deletion request. Your agency administrator will be notified and process the request in compliance with data protection regulations.

I'm an agency and need help setting up
